I kinda promised myself that I'd draw my Neopet, Mecollo, at least once a year, so... here he be X3

Just Mecollo being depressed cause he's invisible and no one really notices him. The Petpet there is his Snicklebeast, Beasty X3

Also, the grass there is just a picture brush thing on PSP xD *lame*

sketched and outlined in openCanvas 1.1, colored and effects added in PSP9
